Standing in front of me was the most awesome sight - I could see a
man standing in front of me, but he was not like anyone I'd ever
seen before in my life. His garments were shimmering white in color
- garments of light - I could see His bare
feet and His hands were outstretched towards
me as if to welcome me. I knew I was looking
upon God … as I looked toward His face the
intensity of the light seemed to increase
7-fold - you couldn't make out the form of
his face as the light was so bright - such
purity, such holiness, such beauty. I asked
God if I could step closer. I felt I could,
I wanted to see His face. Moving closer
waves of more Love began to flow towards me,
and I felt very safe.

Li Tianen's Near Death Experience |
|
Li Tianan is one of the older Chinese patriarchs
who is partly responsible for the amazing numbers of Chinese who
have been flocking to Jesus inside China, over a relatively short
period. This is indeed a great "end time" Chinese awakening.
The number of Christians in China could be as high as 80 million
now.
Targeted as an unruly Christian pastor who refused to join the
state approved Chinese Church, Li
was persecuted and then arrested by the
police. He was then assigned by the
Communists to a labor camp in Anhui Province, where he had to
do extremely
arduous labor, such as digging and moving
iron ore. In the same cell where Li Tianen
slept were two prisoners who were assigned
to make sure that Li did not move his lips to pray. If
he did, he was tortured.
Once while working in the ore pit, Li
tumbled 30 feet down an ore heap. He was believed to have been
dead. Li says that while laying there his soul was flying
around the prison camp "like an eagle" observing what was going on.
Li says he was dead for more than 90 minutes, while the camp doctor
worked to revive him. Li had stopped breathing, and he had no
discernible pulse during this time. The doctor already had
ordered other inmates to prepare a grave for Li
Tianen. But suddenly Li opened his eyes. The
doctor seeing that Li opened his eyes, first
asked him who he was.
"I am Li
Tianen" the Chinese pastor replied.
"Do you
believe in God?" the doctor then asked Li.
"Yes, I
do." Li replied.
Amazed at
what he had just witnessed, the doctor said to Li; "I believe in God
now".

Eby, then in his 60's was lying on a sidewalk with his skull cracked
open from a fall when he was Caught up to Paradise. This is an
awesome witness. Among other wonderful things, Dr. Eby says; "No
bifocals needed. I had instantly noted that my eyes were unlimited
in range of vision; ten inches or ten miles--the focus was sharp and
clear."

I was baptized by the
Jehovah witnesses in 1970. I believed in God but I didn't believe
that Jesus Christ was God. I believed Jesus Christ was a god
created by the true God. I didn't believe in life after death much
less that there was a conscious spirit that would leave the body
when one died. I didn't believe in any kind of miracle healing nor I
believed that God would communicate with people through visions or
dreams. I believed that all kind of healing, miracles and visions
were the work of the devil. I was very loyal to these Jehovah
Witness teachings, and nobody could convince me of the contrary.
I then started going
up. I was aware I didn't have a solid body. I was some kind of
energy force moving at a high speed like in a circular motion. I was
completely conscious. I knew I was me and I had all my memories with
me. I knew I had left the earth. I found myself in a pitch
black place.

With this reassuring look He
(Jesus) led me to one side. He stepped away from me and went alone into
the Light. Where Christ's light ended and God the Father's began, I
cannot say. They both gave off light and their light was the same light!
I will never forget this as long as I live. When Christ stepped away
from me, he turned sideways and stretched out his arms as a bridge. One
arm extended to me and one to the Father. His arms were extended as if
they were making a cross and a bridge to cross over.

4 1/2 year old Victoria
says she was carried to heaven by 6
BIG angels --after
falling off the top stair of a slide. Describing
God's Throne Victoria said; "It was "BIG!
HUGE!" It was "shine bright and golden and very,
very shiny." It was
fiery, it had lots of fire, with lot of smoke
around it. A huge rainbow around it was shine
bright... and there was light bugs makin'
streaks in the rainbow."
When she told us about going into the throne
room with Jesus she tried to describe Him to us.
Apparently, Jesus and God look a lot alike.
His eyes were white,
blue and red and like fire just like God's eyes.
She described His hair, "His hair was white and
all colors. It was shine white and almost like
fire... like his fire eyes. Sorta like God's.
"He had a big rainbow around Him too."
When Jesus started to approach God's Throne, the
big rainbow surrounding Him touched the huge
rainbow surrounding God.
They merged with "sparks, and twinkling" like
fireworks in colors more brilliant than anything
Victoria could describe.

fire

I learned later that I actually
died for three days. My body decayed and stunk of death, and
my heart stopped beating. My body was prepared for cremation
and was put through traditional Buddhist purification rites.
The king of hell told me to look into the lake of fire. I looked and
I saw the saffron colored robes that Buddhist monks wear in Myanmar.
I looked closer and saw the shaven head of a man. When I looked at
the man's face I saw it was U Zadila Kyar Ni Kan Sayadaw [the famous
monk who had died in a car accident in 1983]. I asked the king of
hell why my former leader was confined to this lake of torment. I
said, "Why is he in this lake of fire? He was a very good teacher.
He even had a teaching tape called 'Are You a Man or a Dog?' which
had helped thousands of people understand that their worth as humans
is far greater than the animals." The king of hell replied, "Yes, he
was a good teacher but he did not believe in Jesus Christ. That's
why he is in hell."
I was told to look at another person who was in the fire. I saw a
man with very long hair wrapped on the left hand side of his head.
He was also wearing a robe. I asked the king of hell, "Who is this
man?" He replied, "This is the one you worship: Gautama [Buddha]." I
was very disturbed to see Gautama in hell. I protested, "Gautama had
good ethnics and good moral character, why is he suffering in this
lake of fire?" The king of hell answered me, "It doesn't matter how
good he was. He is in this place because he did not believe in the
Eternal God."

Reynolds Story

In 1991 Pam Reynolds underwent an
operation on her brain which called for her heart to be
stopped and her blood to be drained. A large amount of
monitors showed she had no brain waves or life left at
all; thus ruling out any possible chemical or psychological
hallucinations. Pam still went to "the other side".

My descent
into death

An atheist,
Howard Storm was lying in a Paris Hospital in 1985 - dying from a
perforated stomach. His stomach acids were leaching into his other
organs. Suddenly he was standing up in a surreal brightly lit
hospital room. He tried to talk with his wife and a fellow
patient, but they both ignored him. Off in the distance, outside
the room in the hall he heard voices calling: "Howard", "Howard".
Come out here the voices said, Let's go, hurry up". We've been
waiting for you a long time. He stepped out into the hallway and
could see these people off in the distance. He could tell they
were male and female, tall and short, old and young adults. He
followed them feeling very much alive. Every time he hesitated
they demanded that he keep up. These people kept telling him if he
would follow them his troubles would end. A fog surrounded him,
and it got gradually darker as he shuffled along behind them.
These people became increasingly angry and sarcastic with Howard.
He now felt he was being forced by an angry mob of unfeeling people to
an unknown destination. They next began shouting and hurling
insults at Howard. The more miserable Howard became, the more
enjoyment they derived from his distress.

faces in the blackness calling out to me; inviting me to join their
wall. I think that the people I saw were those who are not ready to
cross over just yet and they are the ones that are seen as ghosts.
Anyway I was drawn towards them until a light came flying towards me, it
was a bird; the bird symbol of peace to be exact. Its light guided me
towards an even brighter light that felt welcoming. When the brightness
cleared I could see a line of steps with angels on either side singing
some song I could not make out.

about in his thirties, about six feet tall,

emanate from him and I felt he had great age
and wisdom. He welcomed me with great love,
tranquility, and peace (indescribable)
- no words. I felt, "I can sit at your feet
forever and be content," which struck me as
a strange thing to think/say/feel. I became
fascinated by the fabric of his robe, trying
to figure out how light could be woven!

to walk, I saw movement ahead. When I got closer, I could see there were
people in the field ahead. I felt relieved. Finally, I could get some
answers. I moved swiftly, directly toward them. As I approached the
group, I realized how large it was. There were so many people of all
ages. No one appeared to be talking; instead, they were pacing about, as
if they were anticipating something or someone.
Suddenly, the group,
including myself, slowly began to lift off the ground. I immediately
gasped, terrified, my feet hovered about a foot above ground level.
They were no longer touching the field below. I wondered how this
could be.
I wondered what kind of
trick this was. Then before I could scream, we began to ascend
quickly, higher, and higher into the night sky at a rapid speed. I
was frozen with fear, wondering what had a hold of me (since the
last time I checked, humans couldn’t fly). I soon realized that
nothing had me, and that it was I, along with the group, physically
ascending toward the clouds.
Once when I was eating
dinner, I turned to a TV special on the Shroud. It was the
first time I had ever seen the image close up. I nearly dropped my
plate when the outline of the image took on a familiar resemblance.

Quickly, I
turned, took one step through the wall so to speak and found myself in
total darkness. I looked back - nothing but darkness! Before I could
barely think, "Now I've done it!," I apparently took another step; and I
was instantly in the most beautiful garden I have ever seen. This garden
was like a formal terrace which had been carved out of a rough mountain,
just a few feet below the peak. Everything was white marble and
evergreen. The air was so incredibly light and clear and fresh and cool.
It seemed like I was breathing pure chilled oxygen. The garden was
trimmed in evergreen shrubs, each a perfect specimen; and the fragrance
of evergreen lightly scented the air. This place seemed so perfect in
every detail. Directly in front of me, just a few steps away, was a
marble bench which seemed to invite me to come, sit, and rest.
My heavenly Father has
such a profound love for me and all of his children, for that
matter, that I was offered through his son Jesus the opportunity to
come back to him right then.

throughout history
Captain David Perry,
lived from 1741-1826.
In 1762, when this Near Death experience
happened to him (probably as a result of
typhus), he was a young
sergeant serving with
the British forces in
the French and Indian
War. Later, during the
U.S. Revolutionary War, he served as a lieutenant
with American forces, and
he also was present at the battle on Lake
Champlain during the
War of 1812.
In this near death experience, recorded
in 1819, Captain Perry relates
his experience of actually being at the "Gates of Heaven."
